Processing and delivery
- Orders are processed on business days, excluding holidays.
- You will receive a confirmation email after placing an order and a shipping email when tracking becomes available.
- Carrier delays, severe weather, customs reviews and incorrect delivery details may affect arrival times.
Shipping charges and destinations
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout according to the destination, available service and order value. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or import fees required by the destination country.
Address changes
Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Once a parcel has entered the carrier network, an address change may not be possible.
Damaged, missing or incorrect orders
